On Monday 2 June, we’re once again teaming up with Yukino Ochiai, Australia’s first female Sake Samurai and founder of drinks company Deja vu Sake, for an unmissable night of sake appreciation. Yukino will be joined by representatives from some of the world’s most iconic sake breweries, including:
Houraisen, Aichi Prefecture
Dewazakura, Yamagata Prefecture
Yoshinogawa, Niigata Prefecture
Kuni Zakari, Aichi Prefecture
Kenbishi, Hyogo Prefecture
Shichida, Saga Prefecture
Together they’ll take guests on a deep-dive into the delicious world of sake, guiding them through a lineup of premium Japanese pours, expertly paired to a menu of lively Japanese eats. We’ll even showcase a couple of signature sake cocktails along the way.
