On Wednesday 26 August, we’re teaming up with Australia’s first female Sake Samurai, Yukino Ochiai, for a one-night-only journey through Japan’s most iconic sake regions.

Dig into three flame-fired Yaki courses, each expertly paired with premium sake pours, for $99pp.  Taste your way through bottles from some of Japan’s oldest and most prestigious sake breweries, perfectly matched to a menu that begins with sushi before firing into chargrilled skewers, followed by Roasted Pork Belly with Cabbage Slaw and Mushroom XO Fried Rice.
