Yakimono x Suntory Toki

We’ve teamed up with the House of Suntory for a supercharged celebration of its blended Japanese whisky, Toki, stacking your autumn with specialty sips, snacks and sounds.



Grab your mates for two nights of tune- and taste-filled fun on 23 and 30 April. The limited-edition event series is set to bring banging beats, food and drinks together for a unique celebration of music and of course, whisky. The events include a four-course, one-of-a-kind menu by Executive Chef Daniel Wilson which is paired to a range of signature Toki cocktails, plus a Japanese whisky flight including The Chita and Hibiki Harmony – all for only $99pp.

Both events will also feature a Q&A with music producer and artist Cyrus Villanueva and a short tasting session from House of Suntory brand ambassador, James Buntin, to take you through the whisky flight.

Kicking off Monday 11 March and running for seven weeks, we’ll be dishing up the flavour-packed Yaki Toki Bites menu. Drop by any time to find a lineup of limited-edition cocktails and snacks, with combo bev-and-bite pairings for $20. Think, Roast Scallops with Miso Wakame Butter or Tuna Tartare on Tempura Oba Leaf, perfectly matched to the likes of a honeydew-infused Whisky Highball.
